Organiser:

This campaign is organized by Coinmerce B.V., with registered address Beechavenue 136, 1119 PR Schiphol-Rijk, and powered by AFC Ajax N.V. AFC Ajax N.V., with registered address Johan Cruijff Boulevard 29, 1101 AX Amsterdam, Postbus 12522, 1100 AM Amsterdam.

2. Campaign Period

The campaign will run from 24th of February to 3rd of March, 2025.

Eligibility:

This campaign is open to all individuals who:

• Are at least 18 years of age.

• Follow the official Coinmerce & Ajax social media accounts (@coinmerce, @afcajax).

• Reside in the Netherlands (verified through their Coinmerce account registration and provided documentation).

• Have a fully verified Coinmerce account.

Note: Participants who find a briefcase but do not follow the Coinmerce Instagram account are still eligible to win. However, social media engagement is encouraged to stay updated with campaign clues.

How to Participate:

1. During the campaign period, Coinmerce will share clues via Instagram Stories to reveal the locations of four hidden briefcases around Amsterdam and one online briefcase.

2. Participants must use the clues to locate the briefcases.

3. For the online briefcase, participants must follow the specific instructions provided on Coinmerce’s Instagram and campaign page to claim the prize.

4. Upon finding a briefcase, participants must follow the instructions included inside to claim their prize.

Prizes & Distribution:

1. The total prize pool for this campaign is valued at €20.000.

2. The prize pool is divided into five (5) briefcases, each containing €4.000 worth of Bitcoin.

3. Four (4) briefcases will be awarded through a "Find the Briefcase" game, where participants must locate the briefcases as part of the campaign.

4. One (1) briefcase will be awarded through an 4. raffle system, where participants must complete a sign-up form and answer a quiz.

• If multiple participants answer correctly, the winner will be selected through a random draw.

• The raffle drawing will take place on 3th of March 2025, and the winner will be announced on Coinmerce's official Instagram and website.

5. Prizes will be distributed within 14 days after claiming the prize.

6. Participants under the age of 18 may be eligible for a consolation prize, as determined by the organizers.

Conditions:

1. Prizes are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. Participants may only claim one prize per person during the campaign. Duplicate claims will result in disqualification.

3. Winners must provide valid identification and have a fully verified Coinmerce account to claim their prize.

4. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Winner Announcement & Raffle Details:

• Physical briefcase winners: Winners will be contacted directly via email and announced on Coinmerce’s official Instagram and website.

• Online briefcase raffle: The random draw will take place on 3rd of March 2025, with the winner announced on Coinmerce’s Instagram and website.

General Conditions:

• Coinmerce B.V. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the campaign and its terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

• By participating in this campaign, participants agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

• Participation is restricted to individuals of Coinmerce's & Ajax employment and immediate family circles.

• Coinmerce B.V. reserves the right to disqualify participants who violate these terms and conditions or engage in fraudulent or unethical behaviour.

Privacy & Intellectual Property:

1. All personal data collected will be handled in accordance with Coinmerce B.V.'s Privacy Policy and GDPR regulations.

2. By participating, you agree that Coinmerce and Ajax may record, photograph, or film participants during the event. This content may be used for promotional, marketing, and media purposes, including social media and advertisements.

3. All intellectual property rights related to the campaign are owned by Coinmerce and/or Ajax. Participants may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any software, campaign website, or content without prior written permission.

Conduct & Disqualification:

1. By participating in this campaign, you agree to conduct yourself in a fair, respectful, and lawful manner.

2. Immediate disqualification applies to any participant engaging in:

• Physical aggression or verbal threats toward participants, organizers, or bystanders.

• Interfering with or attempting to sabotage the campaign.

• Property damage, unsafe conduct, or violation of local laws.

3. Disqualified participants forfeit any claim to prizes. Coinmerce and Ajax reserve the right to take legal action if necessary.

Complaints & Disputes

1. Any complaints regarding the campaign must be submitted in writing to support@coinmerce.io within seven (7) days after the campaign ends.

2. The Dutch Gambling Authority’s Code of Conduct for Promotional Games of Chance applies to this campaign.
